CIPS, e-PRO, TRC, AHWD, ITI, GRI, ABR, SRS, RENE, C-RETS przeprowadził się do Orlando w 2000 roku z Nowego Jorku. Jego pasja do nieruchomości rozpoczęła się po dwudziestce, kiedy kupił swoją pierwszą nieruchomość inwestycyjną w Pensylwanii. Będąc w Orlando odkrył, że nieruchomości są jego prawdziwym powołaniem i od tego czasu energicznie budował swoją praktykę, służąc zarówno lokalnym, jak i międzynarodowym klientom w sprzedaży, zakupie i inwestowaniu w pięknej środkowej Florydzie lub za granicą przez 15 lat.
W 2015 roku skorzystał z okazji, aby pomóc w otwarciu, budowie i zarządzaniu biurem nieruchomości, który od tego czasu zatrudnił 150 współpracowników. I chociaż lubił wyzwania związane z zarządzaniem prężną działalnością, odnalazł swoje prawdziwe powołanie, kiedy przeszedł do swojej obecnej roli w firmie jako zarówno praktykujący, jak i wyznaczony trener i mentor dla swoich współpracowników.
Zola jest członkiem Wydziału CIPS Krajowego Stowarzyszenia oraz Wydziału Realtors® na Florydzie. Aktywny lider wolontariatu, był Prezesem Stowarzyszenia Realtors® Orlando w 2014 r., A także wiceprezesem Florida Realtors® District 12 w 2015 r. I jest członkiem Rady Dyrektorów NAR 2019.
W 2011 r. Został wybrany na przewodniczącego Międzynarodowego Forum Rady Lokalnej NAR, aw 2012 r. Został mianowany Przewodniczącym Forum Global Networking na Florydzie Realtors®, a następnie Przewodniczącym Global Business Committee 2014. W 2016 r. Przewodniczył komitetowi Global Business Alliance NAR i jest regionalnym koordynatorem NAR na Europę Środkowo-Wschodnią w 2019 r., Gdzie nadzoruje i kieruje wysiłkami przedstawicieli NAR w tych krajach.

Utalentowany i energiczny instruktor, Zola jest absolwentem Florida Realtors® Instructor Training Institute i prowadził liczne kursy certyfikacji i desygnacji NAR na szczeblu lokalnym, krajowym i międzynarodowym. Obecnie jest certyfikowany do prowadzenia kursów CIPS, ABR, SRS, C-RETS i GRI. Ponadto wygłosił liczne prezentacje na różne tematy, takie jak organizowanie i rozwijanie globalnych rad oraz wiele odmian kulturowych i wyzwań, przed którymi stoją dzisiejsi praktykujący.
Oprócz swoich profesjonalnych kwalifikacji, Zola jest absolwentem Orlando Regional Realtor® Association Making of the Leader, absolwentem Florida Realtors® Leadership Academy w 2010 roku oraz absolwentem NAR's Leadership Academy w 2011 roku. Zola moved to the Orlando area from New York City in 2000. His passion for real estate began in his mid-twenties when he purchased his first investment property in Pennsylvania.
Once in Orlando, he discovered real estate was his true calling and since then has energetically built a thriving practice, serving both local and international clients in selling, buying and investing in beautiful Central Florida or abroad for 15 years.
In 2015, he seized the opportunity to help open up, build and manage a real estate office that has attracted 150 associates since then. And, while he enjoyed the challenges of managing a vibrant brokerage, he found his true calling when he transitioned to his current role in the firm as both a practitioner and the designated coach and mentor to his fellow sales associates.
Zola is member of both the National Association’s CIPS Faculty and the Florida Realtors® Faculty. An active volunteer leader, he was the 2014 President of the Orlando Regional Realtors® Association and was the 2015 Florida Realtors® District 12 Vice President and is a member of the 2019 NAR Board of Directors.
In 2011 he was tapped to chair NAR’s International Local Council Forum and in 2012 was named Chairman of the Florida Realtors® Global Networking Forums and subsequently as its 2014 Global Business Committee Chairman. In 2016 he chaired NAR’s Global Business Alliance committee and is the 2019 NAR Regional Coordinator for Central/Eastern Europe where he oversees and directs the efforts of NAR’s representatives to those countries.
A past chairman of ORRA’s International Council, he also served as the 2013 Chair for NAR’s CIPS Advisory Board. In 2011 he was honored to be named as Orlando’s Realtor® of the Year.
A talented and energetic instructor, Zola is a graduate of the Florida Realtors® Instructor Training Institute and has taught numerous NAR certification and designation courses locally, nationally and internationally. He is currently certified to teach the CIPS, ABR, SRS, C-RETS and GRI courses. In addition, he has made numerous presentations on a variety of topics such as how to organize and grow global councils and the many cultural variations and challenges faced by today’s practitioners.
In addition to his professional designations, Zola is a graduate of Orlando Regional Realtor® Association Making of a Leader program, a 2010 graduate of the Florida Realtors® Leadership Academy and a 2011 graduate of NAR’s Leadership Academy. In addition, he completed the Professional Property Management Program through the National College of Appraisal and Property Management Institute.
